Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Ground turkey
  • 1 Medium Granny Smith apple Peeled and grated
  • 1 Small onion Grated
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, grated apple, grated onion, garlic,sage, thyme, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausageshape.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 8–10 minutes oneach side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
