Ingredients
- 1 lbs large peeled and deveinedshrimp
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1/4 cup Gluten-free chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Butter Cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz Gluten-free spaghetti Forserving
Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for 2–3 minutes, or untilpink and cooked through. Set aside the shrimp fromthe skillet.
- Add chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice tothe skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat.Stir in the butter until it melts.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat withthe sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serveover gluten-free spaghetti.
