Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 Green bell pepper Cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 1 Small onion Cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 Small zucchini Cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling).

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper
  • Thread the pork, bell peppers, onions, and zucchini onto skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill skewers for about 8–10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and thevegetables are tender, turning occasionally
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
