Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl,combine ground beef or turkey, gluten-freebreadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg,onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  • In a separate small mixing bowl, combineketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershiresauce. Mix well.
  • Press the meat mixture into a loaf shape andplace it in a baking dish. Spread the ketchupmixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the meatloaf iscooked through and the internal temperaturereaches 160°F.
  • Allow for a few minutes of cooling before slicingand serving
