Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper To taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl,combine ground beef or turkey, gluten-freebreadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg,onion, and garlic. Mix well.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, combineketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershiresauce. Mix well.
- Press the meat mixture into a loaf shape andplace it in a baking dish. Spread the ketchupmixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the meatloaf iscooked through and the internal temperaturereaches 160°F.
- Allow for a few minutes of cooling before slicingand serving
