Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices Gluten free bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk or non-dairy
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Butter or Oil for the pan
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet.
  • Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook for 23 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit
