Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Boneless Skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 2 Carrots Peeled and diced
  • 2 Stalks celery Diced
  • 1 cup Frozen green beans
  • 4 cups Gluten-free chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat some oil overmedium heat. Cook until the chicken is browned, then add the onion and garlic.
  • Stir in carrots, celery, green beans, chickenbroth, thyme, and oregano, and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, and enjoy your gluten-free chickenand vegetable soup.
