Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Ground pork
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp Ground allspice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into patties or links.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausage patties or links.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
