- 1 lbs Ground pork
- 1 tsp Dried sage
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp Ground allspice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties or links.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausage patties or links.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
