Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1.2 cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, honey, flaxseed meal, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the bars cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting them into squares.
  • Serve and enjoy!
